Being inquisitive is a natural reaction for me.

Why do I like this coffee?
What is it about this blend that make it so tasty?
I bet I could reverse engineer this blend.
So I did on 27 October 2012.

I recorded these notes while I roasted.

Three Bean Blend

I know the title sounds a bit sketchy and ambiguous,
much like three bean hotdish.
Though this experimental blend turned out delicious.
An example of not judging before trying.
I finally tried my husbands Grandma's hotdish and it has now been added to the recipe line up.
